Here's a nice (old) video for those interested in scaling/infrastructure/MySQL etc. I hadn't seen it so it's interesting.

It's a very detailed talk and there are some interesting bits in there. He really likes ZFS, but that's not available on linux so he's able to use it on an NAS box (it would be interesting what he'd say about XFS. He also mentions some of the highlights on his blog post. Check it out:
